For Teams and Organizations
The Importance Code helps teams reduce friction, retain top talent, and perform at a higher level by revealing what makes each team member feel important.
No commitment. No pitch deck. Just a conversation about your team.
You've hired good people. Smart, capable, experienced. But something isn't clicking. Meetings go sideways. Feedback doesn't land. Your best people leave and you're not entirely sure why.
The problem isn't talent. It's that your team members don't understand what makes each other feel important. And when people don't feel important at work, they disengage. They stop contributing their best ideas. Eventually, they leave.
Most team-building tools try to fix this by sorting people into types and teaching them to "communicate better." But communication isn't the root issue. Feeling valued is.
People don't leave companies. They leave environments where they don't feel important. When managers understand what makes each team member feel valued, they create conditions where people want to stay.
Most workplace conflict isn't about the work. It's about people feeling disrespected or misunderstood. When your team knows what makes each person tick, frustration turns into empathy and disagreements become productive.
People do their best work when they're operating in alignment with what makes them feel important. A team member who feels important when they're solving problems will outperform when given complex challenges, not routine tasks.
Stop managing everyone the same way. The Importance Code gives leaders a map for each team member: what motivates them, what shuts them down, and how to bring out their best. One-on-ones become more effective. Feedback actually lands.
Each team member takes the same 8-question diagnostic. It takes less than 5 minutes. No lengthy surveys, no multi-hour workshops to schedule. They answer based on what makes them personally feel important, and their unique Archetype is revealed.
With 25 possible Archetypes across 5 motivational families, each person's result is specific enough to be genuinely useful, not just another color or number that gets forgotten by Friday.
As a leader, you get visibility into your team's composition. Where are the strengths concentrated? Where are the gaps? Which team members are naturally complementary, and which pairings might need extra support? The Importance Code makes the invisible dynamics of your team visible.
The result: a team that feels understood, works better together, and stays longer.

Tell us a little about your organization and we'll reach out to explore how the Importance Code can help your team.
No commitment. No sales pitch. We'll reach out within one business day to learn about your team.
Less than 5 minutes. It's 8 questions. That's short enough that every team member will actually complete it, which is half the battle with team tools.
Those tools measure how people behave or what they're good at. The Importance Code measures what makes people feel important, which is the deeper driver behind behavior, engagement, and retention. With nearly 400 million possible outcomes, the results are specific enough to be genuinely actionable.
Each team member gets their individual Archetype results. Leaders get a team composition view showing the distribution of Archetypes, where strengths are concentrated, where gaps exist, and which team dynamics to watch for.
Individual detailed results belong to each person. Leaders see team-level composition data, not individual answers. Team members can choose to share their Archetype with the group, which most people do willingly because they're proud of their results.
Pricing depends on team size and what level of support you need. We'll discuss options during our conversation. There's no one-size-fits-all package because every team is different.
