Before You Begin

A few questions stand between you and the most accurate picture of who you really are. Read these instructions carefully -- they make all the difference.

For each question, you will be shown 5 possible answers. On the final question, you will rank your selections from the one that makes you feel most important to least.

This is the key

All 5 answers ARE important. Every single one of them, we agree.

  • Choosing one does not mean the others don't matter to you.
  • Your only job is to pick the one that makes you feel important, not the one you think is important. Big difference.
  • Example: Work and family may be important to you, but they may not make you feel important. Choose what makes you feel on top of the world.
1.

Read all 5 answers before choosing. Sit with each one. Don't rush past an answer that quietly resonates.

2.

Select only one. Remember, you are not rejecting the other four. You are simply identifying the one that makes you feel it most.

3.

On the final question, rank your selections. If you get stuck between two, ask yourself: which one feels like the truer version of you?

4.

Trust your gut. There are no right or wrong answers. Go with what feels true for you, not what sounds impressive.

I get it: pick the one I FEEL, not the one I think is the "right" answer.
I understand that the Importance Code framework and my results are proprietary to Importance Code, and that if I share what I discover, I'll point people back to where it came from.
